Chronicles-of-Primordial-Wars

Shao Xuan joins a friend on an archaeological expedition and finds an ordinary stone—only to be transported to a primitive world in the body of an orphan child.

This isn’t just any stone age—it’s savage and brutal, with scarce resources, giant beasts, and warriors who can cultivate their strength to punch boulders and leap above trees. Here, survival is the greatest challenge.

Armed with sharp instincts and a loyal pet wolf, Caesar, Shao Xuan begins a journey that will span tribes, wars, migrations, and legends.

Why I Love This Novel So Much

I honestly don’t know where to begin. This is the novel that hooks me every single time I pick it up. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve read it in the last two years. And every time… I binge. Hard.

No translations. No updates. No chores. Bare minimum office work. Just me and this novel. (Sorry, NovelUpdates readers—now you know why your chapters are late sometimes!)

This book is everything I love about tribal survival novels:
✔️ Zero harems. Zero pointless romance. (Finally!)
✔️ Strong, intelligent, and quietly powerful MC who grows naturally—not a random OP cheat, but someone who earns everything.
✔️ Massive world-building: from tiny isolated tribes to epic migrations, ancient mysteries, beast hunts, and wars.
✔️ Supporting characters and pets that matter: Caesar the wolf, Chacha the bird—they’re not just props, they’re companions you grow attached to.
✔️ Realistic progression: You can see the evolution of the tribes, the strategies, the battles for survival.

Even though Shao Xuan becomes the backbone of his tribe, it never feels forced. It’s organic, like the rise of a true leader in a harsh world. Honestly, if I were a tribe woman living in that world, I’d revere him too.

Why It’s Different from Other Primitive Novels

I recently reviewed:

Both are good, but this? On a whole different level. No unnecessary fluff, no shallow romance—just pure survival, strategy, adventure, and tribal glory.

Final Thoughts

This is one of the rare novels I’ll never get tired of re-reading. Every migration, every hunt, every challenge feels fresh and alive in my head. If you love:
Survival adventures
Beast companions
Epic tribal stories with depth

Then read this. Now. And when you finish, come back and tell me—did it own your soul too?
