Lu Huailin left the small courtyard, tightly gripping Gu Yihan’s hand, still trying to process what he had just seen.

He turned his head slightly to look at her. His gaze darkened, and his throat bobbed as he swallowed.

He was asking him to trust his son unconditionally.

“Wife, I hid the fact that the hamster can talk. When we get back, remind it not to let anything slip.”

Gu Yihan, who had been walking with her head lowered, suddenly looked up when she heard this.
