When Zhou Jianguo heard Gu Yihan’s name, his eyes lit up. He stared at the soldier entering the courtyard.

Rolling his eyes, he grabbed Gu Aidang and dragged him toward Commander Zhang.

Gu Aidang wasn’t prepared and was nearly pulled into a fall. He barely steadied himself.

Before he could react, Zhou Jianguo blurted out, “Leader, Gu Yihan is my biological daughter!”

Afraid he wouldn’t be believed, he shoved Gu Aidang in front of Commander Zhang.

“He can testify! Our children were switched at birth!”

Gu Yihan had just reached the doorway when she heard this. With a mocking tone, she said, “So now you’re trying to scam the army?”

Seeing her, Zhou Jianguo immediately threatened, “I gave birth to you! What, you don’t want to acknowledge me anymore?”

He suddenly remembered the letter that had told him he could report Gu Yihan to the Revolutionary Committee for bourgeois tendencies.
