Tang Wan grabbed the snake. Despite it coiling and biting at her, she pried its mouth open and showed him. “I already pulled out its fangs.”

“Do you know I was nearly scared to death by you?”

“So now that it has no fangs, you’re not afraid anymore?” Tang Wan said as she once again extended the snake toward him.
