Later, the world was contaminated by nuclear pollution. The jungles were destroyed, and these creatures mutated under radiation—growing a horn and becoming even harder to deal with.
In just a few moments, the anaconda raised its massive body, flicking its tongue. Its cold, reptilian eyes scanned the group one by one, finally locking onto Tang Wan.
This human was plump and full of meat—definitely worth it!
The anaconda was quite pleased. It had already decided Tang Wan was going to be its next meal.
Tang Wan sneered—who’s going to eat whom is still uncertain!
I’m not even afraid of mutated anacondas—why would I be scared of you, you oversized idiot?
Instead of backing away, Tang Wan charged straight at it, her speed so fast she left behind nothing but an afterimage.
The anaconda narrowed its eyes dangerously and swung its thick tail at her.
But as if she could predict it, Tang Wan leapt high and dodged the strike, landing without losing any momentum.
The snake’s tail slammed into a tree trunk beside her, making it shudder violently. Leaves rained down in a flurry.
Tang Wan burst through the leaf storm and leapt directly onto the snake’s vital spot—seven inches behind its head.
The anaconda began to panic, twisting its body as thick as a barrel, and its enormous head turned, mouth wide open, trying to bite her.
Tang Wan tilted her head just enough to dodge, and then raised her sickle—using the back of the blade—shouting as she smashed it down with all her strength.
Bang!
The anaconda hadn’t expected such strength from a human. Its massive head was slammed into the ground, partially buried in the dirt.
Tang Wan flipped her palm over—and in the next second, a pile of fine white powder appeared from thin air.
She smeared all of it onto her sickle, then drove the blade deep into the snake’s seven-inch spot with all her might.
Blood and flesh flew everywhere. The anaconda roared in pain, raised its tongue again, and its massive body coiled, trying to wrap around her.
Tang Wan slapped the snake’s body and leapt onto a nearby tree trunk, narrowly avoiding its grasp.
The anaconda coiled into empty air.
Worse yet, the wound hurt like fire—an intense, searing pain that spread throughout its entire body. The burning agony made it squirm in discomfort.
That damned two-legged creature!
The anaconda glared at Tang Wan, and the next moment, it coiled around the tree she was in.
Only now did the others finally realize how long this snake actually was.
Everyone gasped and instinctively took several steps back, breaking into a cold sweat for Tang Wan.
Except for the clueless little Ling Chen, everyone—Li father and son, and Ling Sheng—had only five words in their heads:
She’s completely doomed!
Tang Wan was definitely going to die!
But then… they were dumbfounded.
They watched as Tang Wan climbed higher and higher up the tree, agilely dodging the snake’s bites—left, right, slipping between branches. Her chubby body moved shockingly fast, each motion precise.
Soon, she reached a high branch, grabbed a thick limb, and did a beautiful flip to avoid the snake’s lunge—then let go.
As she plummeted downward, she drove her sickle into the tree trunk, dragging it down with her.
Unfortunately, the sickle was too dull and got stuck.
The anaconda, which should’ve been sliced into several pieces, was only cut in two.
The snake’s head and front portion were separated from the rest of its giant body.
ROAR—
The anaconda let out a deafening roar. Blood splattered, and both its head and body plummeted down with Tang Wan.
Apparently filled with hatred, the snake’s head opened its jaws wide mid-air, eyes brimming with cold fury as it lunged toward her.
What to do when there’s no way to dodge in mid-air? Let Tang Wan show you!
She braced both feet on the tree trunk, yanked out the stuck sickle, and smashed it straight onto the snake’s head again—knocking the beast dizzy.
Then, she flipped through the air and landed with perfect grace—before immediately turning and running off like a bolt of lightning.
Leaving behind the furious anaconda roaring and spurting blood…
