I already knew the plot was insanely good, but experiencing it a second time just confirmed how much of a masterpiece it is. Every chapter? A gem. π I donβt say this often, but I love, love, LOVE this novel.

When I first picked this up, I thought it would be a fun, carefree readβsomething lighthearted with humor and mystery. But oh, how wrong I was. π²
This novel demands your full brainpower. π§ You canβt just skim through it; you need to stay sharp and catch every detail. If you donβt, youβll miss out on the sheer brilliance of the plot. No autopilot reading here!
Itβs also gory. π©Έ Some scenes are downright brutal, and the tragic backstories? Absolutely gut-wrenching. π’ If youβre looking for a light, casual readβthis ainβt it.

The first time I picked up this novel, I couldnβt finish it. I got about halfway through before I had to put it on hold. Not because I didnβt like it, but because it was just too mentally demanding at the time.
After long workdays, I just didnβt have the brainpower to fully appreciate the depth of the story. So, I set it aside, knowing Iβd come back when I was ready.
And guess what? I was right. Coming back to it now, fully prepared to give it my full attention, I finally got to experience just how brilliant this story truly is.
Plot Twist After Plot Twist π±
From the very start, I had a hunch that the MC would end up as the ultimate monster 0-1βthe top of the food chain, the most powerful existence. But guess what? NOPE. Instead, he turned out to be 1-3, the mermaid. π§ββοΈβ¨
I wonβt spoil too much, but just knowβthis novel NEVER stops surprising you. The writing, the mystery, the suspenseβitβs all top-tier.
Unlike other novels where you can let your emotions take over, this one demands logic and reasoning. It keeps you thinking, keeps you questioning, and constantly pulls the rug out from under you.
Would I Read It Again? π
Absolutely. But not right away. I need a few years to forget the details so I can experience the thrill all over again.
