So often, I’ve read stories where the protagonist starts off strong and independent, only for the male lead’s arrival to throw things off-balance 😒—usually with a jealous ex-lover or meddling family member. But here, the plot never loses focus on the MC’s journey. He pursues his revenge independently, with the ML as supportive 💕, never overshadowing his goals. Even as he forms a deep bond with the ML, his resolve and plans stay firm, and they face challenges side-by-side 🤜🤛 instead of the ML shielding him.
The dual spirit animals make this shou even more captivating; his fox guides 🦊🦊—the cute and clever white fox 🐾 and the fierce, beautiful red fox 🔥—add so much depth to his character. One fox can heal and create 🌱, while the other breaks and destroys 🌪️—a perfect balance that reflects his complexity. And let’s not forget the eagle! 🦅 It’s hilarious and endearing in its strength, yet sometimes a bit clueless 🤦. And the black spider 🕷️ becomes surprisingly cute after meeting the spider queen 👑!
