“Exactly! We can take these radish roots and sell them too!” Old Madam Ji suddenly shouted. “We’ll pretend to be old farmers and sell them to some other fools!”

“Right! Second sister-in-law, lend me one of your fine dresses. I’ll pretend to be rich too!” Ji Mei immediately caught on to her mother’s idea, her face lighting up with excitement. “This time, we’ll make two hundred taels!”

Look at her, being so shameless! You’re an old farmer already, yet you want to trick others? Aren’t you afraid of getting caught?

“No! We can’t use these radish roots to cheat anyone anymore!” Ji Laoda jumped up, flustered. “That would be immoral!”
